As for the free emblem from the Frostwing Valkyr - it's an extra bonus as people are saved to the ID; she doesn't drop anything that can be sold and doesn't replace going for a proper boss. Same goes for the weekly quest; we'll get it done if it's possible and doesn't take up quality time getting more lolgold.
